I've noticed on some streams that people click on the unit they want to build then click auto queue. But what I have done is simply put all the units on Q,W,E,R as the order in which units are displayed when the military building is selected. I also put TAB as the auto queue button. So create a hoplite I would select the barracks either by clicking on it or with Ctrl + B and the hit Q and Tab.

When should I go for medium upgrades on units? I often wonder when the best time for upgrades is, should you prioritize aging or armory/unit upgrades.
