Add a set unit XYZ command
This is a very highly requested feature from many scenario designers who want to precisely position objects. There is now a working unit teleport but it doesn't always work such as when a unit is moving. More importantly it currently generates network traffic and acts delayed making it unusable for more than a very small number of objects at any given time.
Please add a no nonsense set unit XYZ position command does what it says on the tin without delays or network traffic.

Add code block text area trigger effect and condition type
Add a special text area trigger effect and conditions that can be inserted into a scenario allowing blocks of code to be dropped in for more advanced effects. Currently only a single line text editor is available as an option for triggers only allowing one line of code at a time which makes using custom code in triggers very difficult.

Add trigger effect reordering buttons
Some custom trigger packs such as conditional, y triggers, target protounit, etc. rely on the order of effects/conditions. There is currently no way to reorder them other then cloning and deleting which gets unmanageable when the count is large.

Replays/Spectator: Capture everyone's camera movement
Currently only the original player's PoV is shown in replays, and not at all in spectator mode.

Add a ranking limit option for custom games
Allow players to set a ranking limit that only allows players within a defined range to join.

Allow rewinding/seeking in replays
When you want to go back to a point in a replay, you have to restart it. StarCraft 2 allows to both fast forward and rewind in replays, which is highly convenient.

Segmented HP bars that scale in size with HP
HP bars are difficult to read - segmenting them and scaling their size would help gauge fights a bit better.

Add APM statistic in main UI, and spectator/replay modes
Observer mode and replays don't provide information on player APM. It would be an interesting statistic to have, as it's a frequent topic when players are trying to measure skill.

Add victory condition settings for custom games
Ability to customize what win conditions are valid for the match. Remove conquest as a game mode - this feature makes it unnecessary.

Add a cooldown for unit VO on spammed orders
It's annoying to listen to overlapping voice lines and building sounds when you do the same action many times.

Individual unit cards in the UI
When selecting multiple units, having individual units as cards, such as in aoe 1 and 2 is superior for unit control. This can replace showing a random unit's detailed card. The batch cards can still be used on the side, too.

Autoqueue on/off option
There's a portion of the community who would like to experience macromanagement without the autoqueue function in the game. It's not possible to remove it by modding - please provide an on/off switch, with on being default.

Animation mods should be usable online
Currently in EE, an anim mod may or may not be really desync sensitive. A lot of high quality mods are unusable now online due to how the checks for this are handled. Change the system so that safe to use mods are not highlighted as desync sensitive.

Make mods propagate easily in lobbies
When hosting a mod with maps or scenarios, it shouldn't be necessary to restart the game. Stretch goal: make data mods not require a restart either.
