Improve idle banner UI

Separate idles between villagers, caravans and fishing ships, display the number of idles. A very common feature in UI mods.

Try to make it optional. i'd like option to just revert if I dont like seeing 5 banners. Something like this would be great but additional "show idle econ units seperately".
