    I noticed the "join our team" application and I'm interested in being a co-caster for Halo Wars 2 (and potentially other games such as AoE or AoM if I like the co casting experience as much as I think I'm going to). I can do some VoDs of me solo casting for my friends in customs, but I have no formal experience casting. Is that a deal breaker on its own? Or are you okay with armatures applying so long as they meet all the requirements and perform well in the VoDs.
