Guests cannot vote

Ability to browse the client while matchmaking/in lobby

We should be able to view other hosted games and the chat channels while we are waiting for a match both in matchmaking, and in a private room.

I gave +1, but I think that this is a low priority. People can just brows reddit, twitch, social media, etc. while waiting
